This book is WONDERFUL!

This is the FIRST time I have EVER followed a book to it's outline...and what a wonderful journey it has taken me on!

Concept of the book~

Week One
1. Read Chapter One~ Establish Holy Habits
2. Choose ONE listed goal OR make your own.
3. Follow just that one goal for the week.
4. Record and Report (book shows you how)
5. Reward yourself for your achievements.

Week Two
1. Read Chapter Two~ Create a Life Plan
2. Choose ONE listed goal OR make your own.
3. Follow just that one goal for the week.
4. Record and Report (book shows you how)
5. Reward yourself for your achievements.

Week Three - Week Eight
1. Read any of the remaining chapters (see list below)
2. Choose ONE listed goal OR make your own.
3. Follow just that one goal for the week.
4. Record and Report (book shows you how)
5. Reward yourself for your achievements.

I LOVE the concept of choosing just ONE goal for the week!
How simple~~~yet I accomplished 8 goals in 8 weeks!
So go ahead...choose just ONE goal...follow it for a week...and see how empowering it feels!
